- Fit & returns Macron items are slim fit. Customised items (including any printing) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Standard merchandise orders Orders take 14–21 business days to be delivered (subject to stock). Shortfalls are ordered from Italy every Monday by 5 pm, arrive in up to 10 days, then get embellished at the Bayswater print lab.
- Mandatory packs & mixed orders Pre-order mandatory packs (training/off-field & match-day) are coordinated with the club (not the standard 21-day ETA); the club will advise expected delivery. If additional merchandise items are mixed with pre-order packs, these will be sent together once the mandatory pack is ready to be dispatched.
