Fit & Returns
- Macron items are slim fit. Please try samples at the Club before placing your order.        
- Customised items (including any printing or personalisation) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

Standard Merchandise Orders
Orders typically take 14–21 business days to be delivered (subject to stock availability).

In case of stock shortages:
- Items are reordered from Italy every Monday by 5 pm
- They arrive within up to 10 days
- They are then embellished at the Bayswater print lab

Mandatory Packs
Mandatory packs are not subject to the standard 14–21 business day delivery time.  
The Club will advise you when they are ready for collection.

Mixed Orders (Mandatory Pack + Merchandise)
If your order includes both a mandatory pack and merchandise items, you have two options:

1. Club Collect
   Receive both the mandatory pack and merchandise together when the mandatory packs are bulk-delivered to the Club.

2. On Demand Delivery
   Receive the merchandise items at your home address before the mandatory pack is ready for collection at the Club.  
  Select the “On Demand” shipping option and pay the applicable postage fees.
