Mandatory Packs
Mandatory packs are not subject to the standard 14–21 business day delivery time.
The Club will advise you when they are ready for collection. Please DO NOT mix mandatory packs with different ETAs otherwise these will be delivered once all the packs part of your order are ready. Example is not to mix a VPL Pack with Community Junior item as delivery dates differ.

Mixed Orders (Mandatory Pack + Merchandise)
If your order includes both a mandatory pack and merchandise items, you have two options:

1. Club Collect
Receive both the mandatory pack and merchandise together when the mandatory packs are bulk-delivered to the Club. This option will only be valid during the pre-order window.

2. On Demand Delivery
Receive the merchandise items at your home address before the mandatory pack is ready for collection at the Club.
Select the “On Demand” shipping option and pay the applicable postage fees.
