• Standard Orders: Orders take 14–21 business days to be delivered (subject to stock availability in our warehouse). Shortfalls are ordered from Italy every Monday by 5 pm, arrive in up to 10 days, then get embellished at the Bayswater print lab.

• Mandatory packs & mixed orders Pre-order mandatory packs (training/off-field & match-day) are coordinated by clubs and are not subject to the standard 21- business days ETA); the club will advise expected delivery and collection. Merchandise ordered with packs is sent separately via AusPost in 14–21 business days.

Shipping cost calculated at checkout by weight and delivery location. Pick up from MSH Melbourne in Bayswater is not available.
